At Holding Hands Family Child Care, we've initiated a family-friendly approach to childcare
based upon a two-pronged approach for the early learning environment. We start working on essential skills like color, shape, letter and number recognition from an early age. This helps prepare our preschool-aged children for starting kindergarten. At the same time, we also help the children under our care develop physical skills such as using their fingers to grasp small items and sort them by color, using a paintbrush and holding a pencil to write their names. In our summer camps, we expand upon these educational concepts, especially for the school-aged children who spend time with us. We offer challenging yet fun activities and outings for the children in our care.
